DEV BY SAL LTD. is a senior software studio building AI-native products, agentic systems and frontier platforms. We started this because we wanted to do excellent work with excellent people. That part has not changed.

We have shipped software at every scale — from solo founder MVPs that became unicorns, to platforms running at FAANG-scale traffic, to regulated systems quietly handling billions in financial transactions.
The pattern that stuck with us is simple: the best work happens when the people doing it are senior, autonomous, and personally accountable to the outcome. Most agencies are structured to dilute exactly those three things. We structured ourselves to concentrate them.
We do not pad the team. We do not subcontract. We do not say yes to projects we are not the right shop for. We answer the email ourselves. When you hire us, you get the people whose names are on the door.

AI is a tool, not a religion.
LLMs are the most leveraged tool we have ever had. They are also wrong about most things they say. Both facts have to be true at the same time.
Honest scope wins.
